FFBajar's Terms & Conditions — A Complete Guide for Members

FFBajar (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online gaming platform providing Sports Betting, casino games, lottery, and other gaming services to members in Bangladesh.

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between FFBajar and its members. By using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

To register an account on FFBajar, you must provide accurate and complete information. FFBajar reserves the right to verify the details submitted at the time of registration.

One Account Policy: Only one account may be registered per person, household, or IP address. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses will be forfeited.

KYC Verification: KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required for withdrawals above a certain amount or for your first withdrawal. A copy of your national ID or passport will need to be submitted.

Daily Cashback: Up to 15% cashback is available on your daily net losses. Cashback is credited to your account by 10:00 AM the following day.

• The bonus can only be claimed once per account.
• Multiple members of the same household cannot claim the same bonus.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly.
• FFBajar reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If fraudulent use of a bonus is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

All bets on FFBajar are subject to specific rules. The minimum bet amount is ৳50, and the maximum bet limit varies depending on the game and event.

Bet Cancellation Policy: Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, FFBajar reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.

In the Event of a Match Cancellation: If a match or event is cancelled or left incomplete, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.

• Odds displayed in live betting may change in real time.
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed will be considered final.
• Placing bets on two opposing outcomes of the same match simultaneously is strictly prohibited.
• Bets may be voided if abnormal results occur due to a technical error on the game provider's system.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on FFBajar. Any violation will result in permanent account closure.

• Creating Multiple Accounts: Multiple accounts under the same person's name are strictly prohibited.
• Fraudulent Bonus Abuse: Using multiple accounts or identities to abuse bonus terms.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes is strictly prohibited.
• System Hacking: Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's software or systems.
• Automated Bots: Using bots or automated software to play games.
• Collusion: Multiple members colluding to harm other players.

FFBajar reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts for the following reasons:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions
• If false information is provided
• If fraudulent activity is proven
• Without completing KYC verification
• At the member's own request

Voluntary Account Closure: To close your account, contact our support team. Please withdraw your balance before the closure is processed.

Right to Appeal: If an account is closed, the member may submit an appeal within 30 days. A final decision will be communicated after the appeal has been reviewed.
